Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 Serrano peppers sliced
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • ½ Red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp and lime juice. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Add sliced serrano peppers, cucumber, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl.
  3. 3. Mix everything together and season with salt to taste.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
