Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Wash and dry potatoes. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
Rub potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
Check for doneness by inserting a fork. If it goes in easily, potatoes are done.
