Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 3 large eggs hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon dill pickle relish

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni, eggs, celery, bell pepper, onion, and relish to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
