Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Add the cooked macaroni, eggs, celery, bell pepper, onion, and relish to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
