Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Mozzarella Balls halved
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts quartered
- 1 cup Kalamata Olives pitted
- 1 cup Salami sliced
- 1 cup Roasted Red Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Fresh Basil chopped
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, salami, roasted red peppers, and fresh basil.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
