Ingredients

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 apple peeled, cored, and grated

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the beaten egg, milk, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the grated apple.
  5. Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
