  • 1 gallon Apple Cider
  • 1 gallon Apple Juice
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 8 sticks Cinnamon
  • 1 liter Everclear
  • 1 liter Vanilla Vodka

Instructions 

  1. In a large pot, combine apple cider, apple juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  3. Once cooled, add Everclear and vanilla vodka. Stir well.
  4. Use a funnel to pour the mixture into mason jars. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
  5. For best flavor, let sit for 2-3 weeks before serving.
