This homemade apple pie moonshine is a delicious and potent drink perfect for fall gatherings.

Main Ingredients
- 1 gallon Apple Cider
- 1 gallon Apple Juice
- 2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 8 sticks Cinnamon
- 1 liter Everclear
- 1 liter Vanilla Vodka
In a large pot, combine apple cider, apple juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 1 hour.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, add Everclear and vanilla vodka. Stir well.
Use a funnel to pour the mixture into mason jars. Seal tightly and store in a cool, dark place.
For best flavor, let sit for 2-3 weeks before serving.
