Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Arugula fresh
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese shaved
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
1. In a large salad bowl, combine the arugula, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Toss gently to combine.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately.
