- 4 fillets Haddock about 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the haddock fillets in a baking dish.
Drizzle olive oil over the fillets.
Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
