Baked Potatoes on the Grill Recipe
Simple and delicious baked potatoes made on the grill.

Main Ingredients
- 4 Russet Potatoes medium-sized
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Wash and dry the potatoes. Poke several holes in each potato with a fork.
Rub each potato with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Wrap each potato in aluminum foil.
Place the wrapped potatoes on the grill. Close the lid and cook for about 60 minutes, turning occasionally.
Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the potatoes. They should be tender.
Remove from the grill, let cool slightly, and serve.
