  • 1 loaf French bread sliced
  • 2 cups Tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup Basil chopped
  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top each slice of bread with the tomato mixture.
  6. Serve immediately.
