Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Bananas ripe and mashed
  • cup Melted butter
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 piece Egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  3. Mix in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
  4. Add the flour last, mix until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
