  • 1 loaf Baguette cut into 4 pieces
  • 200 g Pork grilled or roasted
  • 1 cup Pickled Vegetables carrots and daikon
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 handful Cilantro fresh
  • 1 piece Cucumber sliced
  • 1 piece Jalapeno sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the baguette pieces in half lengthwise.
  2. 2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread.
  3. 3. Layer the pork, pickled vegetables, cucumber, jalapeno, and cilantro on the bread.
  4. 4. Drizzle with soy sauce.
  5. 5. Close the sandwich and serve immediately.
