Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks Pork ribs

Rub

  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder

Sauce

  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. Mix all the rub ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. 3. Rub the mixture all over the ribs.
  4. 4. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
  5. 5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  6. 6. Remove ribs from the oven and unwrap. Brush with barbecue sauce.
  7. 7. Grill the ribs for 10-15 minutes, basting with more sauce, until caramelized.
