- 1 lb Beef (top round or flank steak) sliced thinly against the grain
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
4. Arrange the marinated beef slices in a single layer on the wire rack.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is dry and chewy.
6. Let the beef jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
