Biscuits and Gravy Casserole Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Breakfast sausage
- ⅓ cup All-purpose flour
- 3 cups Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Do not drain.
Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
Cut biscuit dough into quarters and place in a greased baking dish.
Pour sausage gravy over the biscuit pieces.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool slightly before serving.
