Main Ingredients
- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
 - ½ cup Bread Crumbs
 - ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
 - 1 Egg beaten
 - 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 - 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
 - ½ teaspoon Cumin
 - 1 pinch Salt
 - 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
 
 
1. In a food processor, mash the black beans until thick and pasty.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed black beans with bread crumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until heated through and slightly crispy.
