Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta any shape
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, and romaine lettuce.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
