Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Crumble once cooled.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Top the salad with crumbled bacon and serve immediately.
