Branzino Mediterranean Recipe
A simple and delicious Mediterranean-style branzino recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 2 whole Branzino (sea bass) cleaned and gutted
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 whole Lemon sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh Parsley chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the branzino on it.
Drizzle the fish with olive oil and season with salt and pepper inside and out.
Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices, garlic, and parsley.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with additional lemon wedges if desired.
