  • 1 piece Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • ½ cup Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Crack the eggs onto the pizza, spacing them out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and chopped green onions over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
