  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sage dried
  • ½ teaspoon Thyme dried
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg ground

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
