Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 lb Pork, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Lima beans
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes 14.5 oz can
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
  2. 2. Add the shredded chicken and pork to the pot.
  3. 3. Stir in the corn, lima beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and barbecue sauce.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
