Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese

- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
- 4 slices Bread
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
Mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce in a bowl.
Butter one side of each bread slice.
Place two slices of bread, butter side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
Top each slice with shredded cheddar cheese, then the buffalo chicken mixture, and more cheddar cheese.
Place the remaining bread slices on top, butter side up.
Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
