Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 2 pcs Carrots sliced
- 1 pc Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the chopped cabbage and sliced carrots. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30-40 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
