- 500 g Calamari, cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 lemon Lemon wedges, for serving
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.
3. Dredge the calamari in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
4. Fry the calamari in batches until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove with tongs and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
