Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions 

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a cast iron pan over high heat.
  3. Add steaks and sear for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Add garlic, rosemary, and butter to the pan.
  5. Baste steaks with butter and cook to desired doneness.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
