Cheesy Zucchini Casserole

Main Ingredients
- 3 cups Zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine zucchini, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Layer half of the zucchini in a baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining zucchini and cheese.
Top with breadcrumbs.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
