- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup Flour
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add mushrooms and bell peppers, cook until tender.
Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add cooked chicken and peas, cook until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
