  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and bell peppers, cook until tender.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Add cooked chicken and peas, cook until heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
