Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 12 oz Fettuccine pasta

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them back to the skillet along with the cooked fettuccine pasta. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
