Instructions
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
3. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
4. Stir in the potatoes, corn, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
6. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, then serve hot.
