Chicken Parmesan Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish that combines crispy breaded chicken with marinara sauce and melted cheese.

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- ¼ cup Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in a third.
Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides.
Place chicken in a baking dish. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
