Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Tortillas
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken salad mixture onto each one.
  3. Add shredded lettuce on top of the chicken salad mixture.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately.
