Ingredients

  • 1 lb Spaghetti
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and chicken broth to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix until everything is well combined and heated through.
  5. 5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
