  • 8 oz Tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Red or green salsa
  • ½ cup Crumbled queso fresco
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 2 Fried eggs

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the salsa in a skillet over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. 2. Add the tortilla chips and stir to coat them with the salsa. Cook for a few minutes until the chips start to soften.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and transfer to serving plates. Top with crumbled queso fresco, chopped cilantro, avocado slices, and fried eggs.
