  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, and beef broth.
  4. Add the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped cilantro.
