Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Vermicelli rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the vermicelli rice noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  4. 4. Add the soaked noodles to the wok and toss to combine with the vegetables.
  5. 5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated.
  6. 6. Drizzle the sesame oil over the noodles and give it a final toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
