Ingredients 

Pancake Batter

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter

Cinnamon Swirl

  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the cinnamon swirl.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet. Swirl a tablespoon of the cinnamon mixture onto the pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter and cinnamon mixture.
