Classic Restaurant Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar salad recipe that's just like what you'd get at a restaurant.

Dressing
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 pieces Anchovy fillets mashed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
Salad
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice.
Slowly whisk in olive oil until dressing is well combined.
Add grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
In a separate bowl, toss chopped Romaine lettuce with croutons.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
