Instructions
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

3. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Grill the hot dogs until heated through and slightly charred.
5. Place the hot dogs in the buns and top with the beef mixture. Serve immediately.
