Ingredients

  • 4 Hot dog buns
  • 4 Hot dogs
  • 1 cup Ground beef
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Grill the hot dogs until heated through and slightly charred.
  5. 5. Place the hot dogs in the buns and top with the beef mixture. Serve immediately.
