- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 packet Taco seasoning
- 6 large Flour tortillas
- 6 small Corn tostadas
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- ½ cup Sour cream
1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the packet instructions.
3. Lay a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a layer of ground beef in the center.
4. Place a tostada on top of the beef. Add a layer of sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
5. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center, creating pleats to seal the wrap.
6. Heat the skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
