Ingredients

  • 4 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the corn kernels and heavy cream. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
