Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or canned
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 cup Shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
- ¼ cup Chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Stir until well mixed.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for an hour for best flavor.
