  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal and milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the corn kernels, melted butter, beaten eggs, salt, and sugar to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
