Ingredients

  • 4 slices Rye bread
  • 200 g Corned beef sliced
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2. Spread mustard on the unbuttered side of two slices.
  3. 3. Layer corned beef and Swiss cheese on top of the mustard.
  4. 4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side out.
  5. 5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
