- 500 g cooked chicken, shredded
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 100 ml plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
1. In a saucepan, heat the curry powder for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, mango chutney, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the curry powder to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
4. Fold in the shredded chicken until evenly coated with the sauce.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
