  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Chopped Celery
  • ¼ cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, dried cranberries, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for later.
