Cranberry Spinach Salad
A refreshing salad with cranberries, spinach, and a tangy dressing.

Salad Ingredients
- 1 bag Baby spinach
- ½ cup Dried cranberries
- ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the baby spinach, dried cranberries, feta cheese, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
