- 1 cup Spinach chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the chopped spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
