  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the chopped spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
