- 2 pieces Cucumbers sliced
- ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Vinegar white or apple cider
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Dill fresh, chopped
1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the sliced cucumbers and red onion to the bowl. Toss to coat.
4. Sprinkle with fresh dill and mix gently.
5. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
