  • ¼ cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a bowl.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and toss to coat.
  4. 4. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
